This product is custom-made, manufactured according to customer requests. Therefore, exchanges and refunds due to simple change of mind may be restricted. However, if a product is defective or there is a delivery error, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and we will promptly assist with an exchange or refund.
Due to the nature of the materials used, all products may discolor when exposed to moisture, impact, or chemicals. Please exercise caution when wearing and storing. For detailed care instructions, please refer to Product Care .
Ansmomong provides quality warranty service for 6 months from the date of purchase, and provides paid service thereafter.
Shipping & Delivery
앙스모멍의 모든 제품은 주문 후 제작됩니다. 제품별 제작 기간은 아래와 같습니다.
- 디자인 주얼리: 영업일 기준 약 2주 이내 제작 및 발송
- Moment d’Amour 웨딩 라인: 약 5주 소요
- 순금 및 액자 제품: 약 2–3주 소요
제작 기간은 주문 및 결제 완료일을 기준으로 하며, 주문량과 제작 상황에 따라 다소 지연될 수 있습니다. 배송이 시작되면 운송장 정보와 함께 안내드립니다.
