Ansmomon's Moment d'Amour line provides free A/S for one year from the date of purchase (payment date) .
After this, a fee-based policy will apply, and all repairs will be carried out at the customer's expense for round-trip shipping.

Deformation caused by customer negligence, such as wearing habits, is not covered by the free warranty.

If A/S is required, please check your purchase history or warranty together, and we will inspect and repair the product directly at the workshop.
The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, and a small amount of metal may be lost during the retouching and polishing process .
