All Ansmomong jewelry products come with a quality warranty. Please keep this certificate safe, as it will be required for repairs.

Product Polishing
Removes product scratches and restores it to its original condition.

Resizing
Reduce or increase the size of a product that does not fit.

Replating
Restore the stripped plating by re-plating the product.

Stone/pearl replacement
Resets separated or fallen stones and pearls.

Replace the lock decoration
Replace worn and loose locking ornaments with new ones.

Replace wires
Replace loose strings for various reasons.

Visit reception
If you bring the product you wish to repair to our Seongbuk-dong boutique or Shinsegae Department Store, we will guide you through the process and provide a service estimate.
Depending on the product, same-day repair may be difficult due to the manufacturing process. You can receive the product by direct pickup or delivery after a certain repair period.
